Is Giidjaa Hire operating in Western Australia?
Yes. Western Australia is our newest operation, servicing Perth and surrounds, and it runs on the same model as the eastern states. Vehicles are prepared and stickered locally, then delivered to the client rather than collected from a counter.
Vehicles supplied into WA projects are specified for the project from the start, fitted out locally, and we have capacity to take on new work.
What can you hire in Perth?
Mine spec utes are the core of what we supply into Perth, the Toyota Hilux and LandCruiser 70 Series and the Ford Ranger, fitted for site access with the safety kit the site asks for. Crane trucks are also available for WA work where a job needs to lift and carry rather than just carry.
Beyond that, the wider Giidjaa range of crew transport, plant and access equipment can be supplied into Western Australian projects on request. If you have a requirement that is not listed on our vehicles or our equipment, ask us, because sourcing to a spec is part of what we do.
How does vehicle prep and delivery work?
A WA vehicle is fitted out to your site standard, prepared and branded, and then driven to you ready for induction. Fitout work is done here in Perth, which keeps turnaround short and means a site-specific change does not involve shipping a vehicle across the country and back.
Hire is long-term dry hire to business clients, with hire-to-buy available on selected vehicles and plant, and Giidjaa Hire is Indigenous-owned and Supply Nation Certified, so WA hire spend counts toward Indigenous procurement and RAP targets.
