Which bus or van suits your crew?
It comes down to how many people move at once and how often. A Coaster at 22 seats moves a full crew in one run, which suits shift changes and long transfers where you would otherwise be running several vehicles. A 12-seat HiAce or Transit suits smaller teams and day-to-day movement around a site or between yards, and is easier to park and turn around in town.
